Teaching Assistant – District Learning and Structured Study Hall Support
The Teaching Assistant will supervise and support students participating in district learning courses, including French, and structured study halls. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, organized, and productive learning environment; assisting students with assignments, organization, and time management; monitoring student progress and participation; communicating with teachers and other staff; and encouraging students to remain engaged and complete their work.
The successful candidate will be student-focused, professional, dependable, and highly organized. They should demonstrate patience, initiative, and a willingness to build positive relationships while motivating students to take responsibility for their learning.
This is a 10 month position (6.5 hours per day, 8AM-3PM) that includes a compensation package with health, dental and retirement benefits.
