The Glens Falls City School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Elementary Principal for Kensington Road Elementary School. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong instructional leadership; expertise in curriculum, assessment, and data-driven decision-making; and a commitment to supporting the whole child through academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and attendance systems of support. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to build staff capacity through collaboration, supervision, coaching, and professional development; cultivate strong partnerships with families and the community; oversee the day-to-day operations of the building; manage resources effectively; and ensure compliance with Board policy, district initiatives, and all applicable laws and regulations.
