Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with NYS State standards and District curriculum, considering the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our students;

  • Create a welcoming classroom environment where every student feels respected and supported;

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and backgrounds;

  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success and well-being;

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills; and 

  • Perform other duties as required by the Building Principal and/or Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum

Our district is seeking interested applicants for a full-time 1.0 probationary tenure track Technology Teacher at the Middle School for the 2025-2026 academic year. 

This position involves teaching students how to use technology effectively and responsibly, supporting teachers in implementing digital tools, and maintaining an innovative learning environment that promotes digital literacy, creativity, and critical thinking.

  • Design and deliver engaging technology lessons that align with state and national standards. 
  • Develop and implement project-based learning activities that incorporate technology.
  • Maintain an innovative learning environment that promotes digital literacy, creativity, and critical thinking. 
  • Stay updated on emerging educational technologies and best practices for technology integration.

Physical Education Teacher

Our district is seeking interested applicants for a full-time 1.0 probationary tenure track Library Media Specialist at the Middle School for the 2025-2026 academic year. 

The Library Media Specialist plays a vital role in fostering a love of reading, supporting digital literacy, and integrating technology into the learning environment.  This position involves managing the school library, collaborating with teachers to enhance instruction, and providing students with the skills needed to access, evaluate, and use information effectively.
